REPRESENTATIVE DONATO of MEDFORD moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 4400-1001, by adding the following: “; provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for Bread of Life, Inc. of Malden to assist in the purchase of a site in Malden to house offices, a food pantry and kitchen facilities to feed an estimated 300 people nightly;”
