REPRESENTATIVES DONATO of MEDFORD, FALZONE of SAUGUS, WALSH of LYNN, WALSH of BOSTON, REINSTEIN of REVERE, SPELLANE of WORCESTER and O’DAY of WEST BOYLSTON move to amend the bill in Section 2, line item 4000-0117, in line 17, by inserting after the words “disbursement of funds” the following:

“Provided further, the Executive Office is authorized to take initial steps toward implementing reform of purchase of service reimbursement mechanisms”
