REPRESENTATIVE DONATO of MEDFORD moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7006-1000, by adding the following: “; provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for a wind turbine to be located at the McGlynn Elementary and Middle Schools in Medford;”
