Representatives Callahan of Sutton, Hall of Westford, Fresolo of Worcester, Walsh of Dorchester, Garry of Dracut, Hargraves of Groton, Canavan of Brockton, Provost of Somerville and Smizik of Brookline move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 4000-0300, by adding after the words “donating provider hospital or health center;” the following; -

“provider further, prior authorization shall not be required for any anti-hemophilic factor drugs prescribed for the treatment of hemophilia and blood disorders;”
