Ms. Story of Amherst, Mr. Kulik of Worthington, Mr. Kocot of Northampton and Mr. Donelan of Orange move that the bill be amended in section 2, in line 4000-0352 by adding the following:  “; provided further, that not less than $350,000 shall be allocated to Community Partners, Inc. of Amherst, to provide online informational support and technical assistance to recipient organizations and to promote appropriate and effective enrollment activities through its statewide health access network”.
