Representatives’ Bradley of Hingham, Verga of Gloucester, Bosley of North Adams, Hall of Westford, Linskey of Natick, Nyman of Hanover, Mr. Alicea of Charlton, Mr. Casey of Winchester, Mr. Fresolo of Worcester, Ms. Gobi of Spencer, Mr. O'Day of West Boylston, Ms. Spiliotis of Peabody, Smola of Palmer, Story of Amherst, and Frost of Auburn move that the bill be amended by inserting after Section 50, Section 50A, the following section:

SECTION X. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, not less than 10 days after the effective date of this act, the comptroller shall transfer $4,250,000 from the General Fund to the Drinking Water Revolving Fund, established pursuant to Chapter 78 of the Acts of 1998.
