Mr. Bradley of Hingham moves that the bill be amended by inserting after Section 50, Section 50A, the following section:

SECTION X. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, not less than 10 days after the effective date of this act, the comptroller shall transfer $1,259,068 from the General Fund to the Drinking Water Revolving Fund, established pursuant to Chapter 78 of the Acts of 1998 including the towns of Hingham, Hull, and North Cohasset.
