Representatives Walsh of Lynn, Reinstein of Revere, Brownsberger of Belmont, Ehrlich of Marblehead, Kennedy of Brockton, Callahan of Sutton, Lantigua of Lawrence, Canavan of Brockton, Malia of Boston, Allen of Boston, Turner of Dennis, O’Day of West Boylston, Walsh of Boston, Smith of Everett, Fresolo of Worcester, Rush of Boston, McCarthy of East Bridgewater, Conroy of Wayland, Verga of Gloucester, Eldridge of Acton, Keenan of Salem, Smizik of Brookline, Walz of Boston, Khan of Newton, Cabral of New Bedford move that the bill be amended in section 2, item 4403-2120 by adding at the end the following:

“;provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for the Massachusetts Coalition for the Homeless’ First Stop Homelessness Prevention Program.”
