Representatives Walsh of Lynn, Keenan of Salem and Lantigua of Lawrence move that the bill be amended in section 2, item 7004-0099 by adding the following:

“;provided further, that no less than $350,000 shall be expended for expenses related to the operation of the Lynn Time Bank, Inc. and the creation of new time bank organizations in Springfield and Lawrence.”
