REPRESENTATIVE FROST of Auburn moves that the bill be amended by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

SECTION XX. Chapter 270 of the General Laws is hereby amended inserting after Section 22 the following Section 23:

It is unlawful for those seventeen and under to possess cigarettes.  Penalty would be community service.
