Representatives Falzone of Saugus and Reinstein of Revere move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 4800-1400, by adding the following: “; provided further, that not less than $15,000 shall be expended for the Words not Weapons mentoring project in the town of Saugus” and by striking out the figure “$21,987,526” and adding in place thereof the figure “$22,002,526”.
