Representatives Falzone of Saugus and Reinstein of Revere move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by adding the following: “; provided further that $100,000 shall be expended for the prevention of substance abuse in the town of Saugus” and by striking out the figure  “$79,550,008” and inserting in placed thereof the figure “$79,650,008”.
