REPRESENTATIVE BRIAN S. DEMPSEY of HAVERHILL moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 4512-0200, in line 2, by inserting after the word “costs” the following:  “; provided further that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the Link House, Inc. in the town of Salisbury for purposes of establishing transitional housing for women in recovery from substance abuse”.
