DEMPSEY of HAVERHILL moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 1410-0250, in line 1, by inserting after the word “services” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $80,000 shall be obligated for a contract with the Mansion located in the city of Haverhill “.
