MCMURTRY of DEDHAM move that the bill be amended in section 2 in line 4512-0103 by inserting at the end thereof the following:- “; and provided further that not less than $2,000,000 shall be spent to reduce HIV/AIDS disparities in communities of color, including African American, Latino, immigrant and refugee populations, linguistic minorities, and other populations disproportionately at risk, for prevention and education programs, counseling and testing, and treatment and supportive services”; and by striking out the figures “$37,165,388” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$39,165,388”.
