Representatives Patrick of Falmouth, Turkington of Falmouth, Turner of Yarmouth move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 1410-0012, by inserting at the end thereof the following;

“provided further not less than $150,000 shall be expended for Veterans services to be administered by the Cape Cod Free Clinic and Community Heath Center.”
