Representatives Allen of Boston, Forry of Boston, Fox of Boston, Rush of Boston and Walsh of Boston, move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item #1410-0012, in line #4 by inserting after the word “orange;” the following: “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for The 54^th Massachusetts Volunteers and The Colored Ladies;” and in said item by striking out the figures “1,956,083”and by inserting in place thereof the figures “2,056,083”.
