Mr. Costello of Newburyport moves that the bill be amended in section 2, item 4513-1111 by adding the following words:

“provided further, that not less than $2,000,000 shall be expended for the purposes of participation in the Federal/State antiviral drug stockpile program to ensure the Commonwealth’s preparation for the avian flu”;

and in section 2, item 4513-1111 by striking out the figure “$13,390,628” and inserting in place thereof the following figure;- “$15,390,628”
