Representative Walz of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after item 1599-0025 the following item:

“1599-xxxx For a capital projects reserve; provided, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended to assist the YMCA of Greater Boston on capital projects approved by the board of directors of the YMCA……………$1,000,000.”
