Mr. Costello of Newburyport moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“SECTION. Subsection (c) of said section 5A of said chapter 71B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 official edition, is hereby amended by striking out in line 57 the figure 4 and inserting in place thereof the following figure: 3.”
