Mr. Costello of Newburyport moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 4800-1400, by adding at the end thereof the following:

“provided further that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for the Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center of Newburyport for an at-risk domestic violence center.”
