Mr. Costello of Newburyport moves that the bill be amended in section 12, in lines 6 and 7, by striking out the words: “or on or before the twentieth day of the month following each calendar quarter, as the commissioner shall require;” and in said section, in line 10, by striking out the words: “or quarter as the case may be,” and inserting in place thereof the word “monthly”;

and further amends the bill by striking out Sections 28 and 29 and inserting in place thereof the following section:

“Section 28.  As concerns the definition “little cigars or small cigars” for all purposes the Commonwealth of Massachusetts shall rely upon a Department

of the Treasury, Alcohol and Tobacco and Trade Bureau Rulemaking
