Mr. Costello of Newburyport moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 8700-0001 by adding at the end thereof the following:

“provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for security fencing at the Newburyport National Guard Armory and Powderhouse project”; and in said item by striking out the figures “9,028,722” and inserting in place thereof the figures “9,078,722”.
