Mr. Costello of Newburyport moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7007-0900 by adding at the end thereof the following:

“provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Salisbury Beach Partnership for the Merrimack River Maritime Festival and Sail Salisbury, a part of Sail Massachusetts 2009”.
