Mr. Costello of Newburyport moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7002-0112 by adding at the end thereof the following:

“provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for an at-risk juvenile program at the Boys and Girls Club of The Lower Merrimack Valley in Salisbury.”
