Representative Clark of Melrose moves to amend the bill in section 2 in item 7007-0900, by adding the following: “; provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for a child safety program for the City of Melrose” and by striking out the figure “$12,352,414” and inserting in place thereof the figure, “12,502,414”.
