Representative Clark of Melrose moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8000-0010, by adding the following: “; provided further, that not less than $60,000 for a community policing grant for the City of Melrose” by striking out the figure “$21,351,035” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$21,401,035”.
