Representative Clark of Melrose moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7007-0900, by adding the following: “; provided further, that not less than $20,000 shall be expended to the City of Melrose for economic development enhancement project” by striking out the figure “$12,352,414” and inserting in place thereof the figure, “12,372,414”.
