Representative Clark of Melrose moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by adding the following: “; provided further, that $75,000 be expended to preserve an Opiate Prevention and Intervention Program for Youth in the City of Melrose” by striking out the figure “$79,550,008” and inserting in place thereof the figure, “79,625,008”.
