Representatives Clark of Melrose and Falzone of Saugus move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 4800-1400, by adding the following: “; provided further, that not less than $10,000 shall be expended for the Wakefield Alliance Against Violence” and by striking out the figure “$21,987,526” and inserting in place thereof “$21,997,526”.
