Representative Clark of Melrose and Falzone of Saugus move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7007-0900, by adding the following: “; provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for a child safety program for the Town of Wakefield” by striking out the figure “$12,352,414” and inserting in place thereof the figure “12,502,414”.
