Mr. Kane of Holyoke moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7004-0099, in line 22, by inserting after the word “program” the following:

“provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended to World is Our Classroom, Inc. serving the towns of Holyoke, Westfield, Chicopee and Greenfield”.
