Mr. Kane of Holyoke, moves that the bill be amended in Section 2 in line item 4000-0500 by inserting after the word “modifications” the following:

“provided further, that not less than $2,500,000 shall be awarded to an acute care hospital located in Holyoke that provides clinical training programs for nurses, allied health professionals and technicians through affiliations with community colleges and private universities."
