Mr. Kane of Holyoke moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7007-0900, in line 9, by inserting after the word “commonwealth”, the following:

“provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Holyoke St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee”.
