Mr. Kane of Holyoke, Mr. Welch of West Springfield, Mr. Puppolo of Springfield, Mr. Scibak of South Hadley moves that the bill be amended in Section 2 in line item 4000-0500 by inserting after the word “modifications” the following:

“provided further, that not less than $7,000,000 shall be expended for disproportionate share payments for services provided at the acute care hospital located in Hampden County with an inpatient child and adolescent psychiatric unit.”
