Mr. Kane of Holyoke, Mr. Welch of West Springfield, Mr. Puppolo of Springfield, Mr. Scibak of South Hadley moves to amend the bill in Section 61(d), in line 2, by inserting after the word “services” the following:

“The Secretary shall provide a $7,000,000 one-time grant to an acute hospital system in Hampden County which operates Providence Behavioral Health Hospital in Holyoke”.
