Mr. Sánchez of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7061-9404 by inserting the following:

“provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for El Jolgorio’s Hispanic Writers Program for improving literacy skills and conflict resolution in Latino youth.”
