Mr. Sánchez of Boston and Mr. Koutoujian of Waltham move to amend the bill in section 2, line item 4000-0300, by inserting the following:

" provided further, that the executive office shall not reduce the payment rates for any specialty hospital which limits its services to patients under active diagnosis and treatment of cancer below that which was granted in the previous year."
