Mr. Sánchez of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7100-0200 by inserting the following:

“provided further, that not less than $368,000 shall be expended for the Mauricio Gastón Institute for Latino Community Development and Public Policy at the University of Massachusetts at Boston.”
