Mr. Bosley of North Adams moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 9700-0000, by inserting the following:

“provided further, that not less than $147,195 shall be expended for the Council of State Governments Eastern States Region; provided further, that not less than $27,000 shall be expended for the Eastern Trade Council; provided further, that not less than $10,000 shall be expended for the Council of State Governments Northeast States Association for Agricultural Stewardship”.
