Mr. Loscocco of Holliston moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 4406-3000, by adding the following: “; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for a contract with Project Just Because, a non-profit organization in the town of Hopkinton, to assist in providing food, supplies, and services to the indigent and those in danger of becoming homeless across the MetroWest region”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$36,281,684” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$36,381,684”.
