Mssrs. Honan of Boston and Moran of Boston move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7003-0702 in line 1, by inserting after “workforce development” the following: “provided further that $50,000 shall be expended for the Allston-Brighton Vocational Center (VAC) for the continued operation of a job training and placement center.”
