Mr. Honan of Boston moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7003-0702 in line 1, by inserting after “workforce development” the following: “provided further that $25,000 be expended for the Area Planning Action Council (APAC) in Allston-Brighton to implement a Project Place Program to assist in the operation of a career development department.”
