Mr. Honan of Boston moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0099 in line 40, by inserting after “rehabilitation program” the following: “provided further that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the Allston-Brighton Community Development Corporation’s continued operation of a grant program to enhance housing quality standards”.
