Mr. Honan of Boston moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0099 in line 40, by inserting after “rehabilitation program” the following: “provided further that not less than $75,000 be expended for the continued operation of computer technology centers at the Commonwealth Housing Development, the Jackson Mann Community Center and the Power Up Center at Brighton High School”.
