Mr. Honan of Boston moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7003-0702 in line 1, by inserting after “workforce development” the following: “provided further that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for the Partnership for Automotive Career Education program to recruit, train, and provide career guidance to students for entry-level automotive technician jobs.”
