Mr. Scibak of South Hadley moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7003-0702, by adding the following: “provided that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for both the Reunion Center in the city of Easthampton and the Easthampton Youth Entrepreneurship Project”.
