2800-0620   “For the renovation of the department of conservation and recreation’s community pools; provided that priority shall be given to pools in Allston-Brighton, Ludlow, South Hadley, Waltham and Worcester, which have been deemed to be in critical condition or very poor condition as defined in the department’s “Key Components Assessment Summary” conducted in 2004; and provided further that design and facility operation plans shall be developed in partnership with the local community”………………………………………………………… $21,500,000
