Mr. Scibak of South Hadley moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7007-0900, by adding the following: “provided that $200,000 shall be expended to begin the replacement of recreational facilities on the footprint of the former state pool at Buttery Brook Park in South Hadley”.
