Mr. Scibak of South Hadley moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0337-0700, by adding the following: “provided that not less than $10,000 shall be expended for the appointment of a First Assistant Clerk to the Juvenile Court of Franklin and Hampshire counties”.
